Capable of cold or hot forming, Chip Ngai’s bending rolls machine can roll steel plate material of up to 100mm thick to a cylinder of minimum diameter of 800mm and 3000mm width.
Thick Wall Tubing
Tubing produced in minimum diameter of 780mm with wall thickness up to 100mm and 3m length. Longer length is achieved by circumferential welding. All the weldings can be fully radiographed where specified. Typical applications include steam drums, hydraulic rams, rope drums, rollers and bushing.
